Exchange & Returns
We make every piece with a lot of love. We hope you like what you buy.
However, sometimes you don’t, and in such cases, we are happy to work with you to address your
concerns!
If you’d like to exchange or return your outfit, please write to us at help@datire.in with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the exchange/return procedure.
Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact.
We are a startup and every return costs us. Still, we would bear the charges of your first return. After your first return, you would be charged a flat fee of INR 99 in case of any
future return.
Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your return or exchange. Exchange pieces will be processed as per our shipping timelines.
In case of a return, after receiving the product, your amount is directly credit in your bank account within 48-72 working hours.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation, please mail us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order.
